I previously thought that natural would have to be better, however I have found through research and wearing man-made fabrics they have some wonderful properties. Keeping in mind there are varying qualities of nylon. Breathable nylon micro fibre is cool to wear and easy to care for. It also drapes nicely over the top. Micro fibre also does not seem to have as much static as regular satin nylon. Cotton voile made from natural plant fibres is also a very lightweight fabric which layers well under free flowing resort wear making it a great summer slip. It can adapt well as a “nightie” or a slip dress.
