Orders received before 2 pm (Queensland time) Monday to Friday are posted same day (barring the unforeseen). Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

Accurate shipping costs are determined at checkout. Simply fill in your delivery address and the shipping charge will be calculated. calculated for shipments up to 2kgs (Depending on the garments 4 – 12 items will fit into a satchel eg: six Cotton Slips are approximately 500gms

All garments are quality controlled before they are dispatched. If there is a genuine manufacturing fault, we will exchange the garment or refund your money.

Once we are notified we will email our return address. Once the returned garment/s is received we will let you know and issue a refund. Depending how the order was paid if by credit card you will receive an email from eWAY or by Paypal they will send email notification.
Should the item be a gift, Spirituelle can only reimburse the purchaser not the recipient, using the original payment method. Please note that the actual product colours may vary slightly when compared to digital images viewed online.
The returning item must be in “New” condition with the swing tags still attached. The item must be returned within 7 days for Australia & New Zealand and 15 days internationally.
